Fun times with Aunt Molly

Aunt Molly sent me some pictures of the girls during their sleepover...

Weekend away...

I got an early start on my birthday with an overnight at the Oregon Garden Resort with my two favorite guys...

We dropped the girls off with Aunt Molly for some sleepover fun, and headed straight to the outlet mall for some shopping! It was amazing how "easy" it was to just have one baby with us. We were able to have conversations uninterrupted!!! We had an amazing dinner...
beautiful, sunny weather...

and lots of time to play with this little guy! He had both parents' undivided attention for 24 hours :)

The girls were SO excited to see us, but they had lots of fun stories from their time with Aunt Molly! They got to play at the park twice, went to Red Robin for dinner and watched movies. THANK YOU, Aunt Molly!!!

Heading back home....Clara has now lost all 4 of her front teeth!!

We got home in time to enjoy the sunny afternoon and run off some energy from being in the car...

and Isaiah got to face out in the bjorn for the first time!! He was one happy boy!!

Good Morning!

3 months!

Isaiah is 3 months old now and learning lots of new tricks.....He practiced his sled dog racing this week...(set up by Clara!)

He's found his tongue and loves to stick it out and is getting pretty good at making slobbery bubbles too!

He loves to play with his hands and chew on them!

We call this the "magic shoulder". He literally drifts right off to sleep as soon as I put him up on my shoulder and start patting his back. He is recognizing the routine of going to sleep now, and will often put up a fuss if Daddy tries to get him to sleep at night. I guess Daddy's shoulder doesn't have that magic!

Isaiah's discovered his hands, and he LOVES to shove them in his mouth! Sometimes he even tries to get both hands in there!

Clara took these next pictures-she loves to take pictures of her baby brother...

Eliza wanted to hold Isaiah this morning, but decided that sitting next to him was even more fun. I think these two look a lot alike. It looks like they might have the same coloring, as Isaiah's hair is really close to what Eliza's looked like as a baby, and we can already see some of the same lighter brownish-red coming through...

Rapunzel, Rapunzel..

Let down your hair!

Grandma came over this weekend, and brought the movie "Tangled", and the girls have all become Rapunzels! They started out with long strands of toilet paper clipped to their heads...

and trailing behind them all over the house. They kept getting "tangled" ;) in each other's hair, though, and the toilet paper was constantly ripping apart, so then we were going through lots of toilet paper AND lots of tape! So, Daddy took them to the fabric store this morning and bought them Rapunzel hair! Eliza, getting ready to slide down her hair out of her "tower"!

I can only imagine what all the women at the fabric store were thinking, as Joe walks in with 4 kids to shop for Rapunzel hair!
