Let the celebration begin...

First dance for the newlyweds...

Dancing for the long-time weds :)
Eliza was a party animal and danced with everyone she could find...

Isaiah was passed around and entertained by everyone, but our dear friend, Hector, got the most baby snuggles :)

Papa kept him busy for quite a while...

Sisters...

Tommy and Bobbie Jo supervised the kid table...

Sweet baby getting sleepy...

Attempting a family picture...
The kids lasted until about 10:30, then we took them back to the hotel to sleep. They caught their second wind, though, and stayed awake to eat french fries from the Wendy's drive-thru on the hotel beds before falling asleep!

Mr and Mrs Joe and Cara Hackenbruck!!!

Darien styling Clara's hair...she even let Clara wear a little bit of her make-up!
Aunt Heidi with her beautiful teenagers!!

Finding some ice to cool off before the ceremony...

The two baby cousins...

Welcome to our BIG family, Cara!!

My handsome brothers...

Going to get married... :)

Three little girls, who couldn't wait to be flower girls! Thank you, Joe and Cara, for including them in your big day!

Chloe brought in the rings on an amazing, copper wire heart ring-holder that Cara made...

Our dad performed the ceremony, starting with Joe and Cara's very different stories of how it all began......it was so neat to hear the beginning days and months of how their love grew. Joe and Cara wrote their own vows, and they both did an excellent job of personalizing their love and commitment to each other, including sweet things specific to each personality...

Congratulations, Uncle Joe and Aunt Cara!!!

Rehearsal dinner...

We spent a sunny evening playing at the park, eating good food, and catching up with family and close friends! There were a few last-minute details to be sorted out in the days leading up to the wedding, but everything about Joe and Cara's wedding was relaxed, creative and full of love. It really was a reflection of who they are and hopefully exactly the celebration that they wanted!

The handsome groom and his gorgeous bride-to-be :)

Goofy girl!

We stayed at the park until we had to walk out to our cars in the dark! What a fun evening to start off the wedding!
