I finally talked Clara into a haircut during the heat wave we had a couple of weeks ago. I took her to get her haircut, and Hannah, Eliza and I enjoyed the air-conditioned salon! It wasn't quite short enough, though, so the next morning I took the kitchen scissors and cut some more!

Our friends Ted and Tara visited with their 4 kids. Their girls are just months younger than Clara and Hannah. It took the 4 girls most of the evening to really warm up to each other, but once the princess dresses came out, they were having a blast together!
